For surface treatment, besides Epoxy Resin Powder Coated(Blue color) and cement/bitumen(Black color), so far we are the only producer of supplying pipe fittings with Nylon coated in China. Materials:
Body: Ductile Iron
Gland: Ductile Iron
Gasket: EPDM/SBR
Boltings: Carbon steel Galv. Grade 8.8
Coating: Fusion Bonded Epoxy Ral 5017
Bolts Cap: NBR
Application: Universal for Ductile iron pipe, cast iron pipe, steel pipe, Asbston cement pipe, PVC Pipe.
Features:
1.Ductile Iron GGG50 material with FBE coated.
2.PN10,PN16 working pressure.
3.Equipped with galvanized steel bolts,nuts.
4.EPDM or NBR rubber seals
5.High Tolerance Mechanical Pipe Fittings.
6.Angular deflection +/- 6°
7.Other size and range are available on request.
