The main body of the profile is white, and the surface of the profile is colored. The color can be determined according to the customer's needs, and the extrusion surface can be specified. The profile surface adopts advanced co extrusion technology to make the surface and the main body perfectly integrated. The profile surface uses imported PVC or TiO2, with clear wood grain on the surface and high-end window quality.

We have inbound raw materials test center, to test every batch of raw materials before bulk production.

2. Production Facility

All of our mixing equipment are German Reimelt. Extruders are German Krauss Maffei and Austrian Cincinnati. Dies are from Austrian Greiner and Chinese Tongling dies, the best in China.

3.Production and quality control

Production sequence is: mixing and extruding

Blending contains: raw material adding– weighing- hot blending - cold blending - dry blending

Extruding contains: raw materials – extruding - shaping - coding- pulling - cutting -packing- stocking

All procedures strictly follow relevant rules and are testified by ISO 9001

Three essential inspections: inbound inspection, dry blending inspection, inspection on finished profiles
