Features of Motor Operated Through Conduit Gate Valve

1. The Holy through conduit gate valve using a self-sealing type packing structure, it is not necessary to be frequently adjusted, and it is very easy or convenient for opening and closing, meanwhile, there is a secondary sealing grease injection device on the packing gland to ensure a reliable sealing function, a “Zero” leakage can be really realized, the problem of leakage from packing gland has been fully erased compared with other standard types of valve. Automatic removal of high pressure in the cavity when the through conduit gate valve is closed to ensure a safety operation. With fully closed structure and perfect protection features which make the Holy through conduit gate valve meets the requirements of 24-hour duty.

2. The seats adopt the piston type floating seats, and the seats and gate adopt a plane sealing structure. The thickness of the Stellite 6# hard alloy surfacing on the sealing surface of the seats and the gate should be to 3mm, and the seats are inserted with a PTFE/RPTFE soft sealing ring (the full-metal seat valve shall cancel the soft sealing ring). The seats and the body are sealed by piston radial sealing ring. At the end of the seats, we fitted with pre-tightening springs, an isolation ring for preventing the precipitation of medium impurities and a fireproof gasket. The seats are also provided with a sealing grease injection channel near the side of the valve cavity.

3. Stem sealing structure:

Our company adopts a combined sealing structure of a variety of sealing materials for stem sealing. The structure includes the back seat welded on the bonnet, and the back seat and blow-out prevention structure is formed by using the cone surface of the stem. A self-tightening sealing ring is installed at the bottom of the packing, which can use the medium pressure to self-tighten and compensate the packing. The packing adopts the combination of V-shaped packing and expanded graphite packing, which can realize fire proof and compensation for packing because of wear. An isolation lantern ring is set in the middle of the packing to form a sealant injection channel for internal and external sealing sealant. We also arrange a closed packing adjustment device at the upper end of stuffing box, which can pre-tighten and compensate the packing.

4. For the valve with pressure rating of the Class 900, according to the needs of the user and the actual working condition, the metal-metal metal ring mat seal structure can be selected.
