SR Taillight Vents is a polymer microporous material. It allows air to pass freely, but it can also be waterproof, dustproof and oilproof.

Temperature Resistance

-40°C to +120°C (when applied to component)

360 h at +120°C: - Slight reduction of airflow (5 %)

-Water tightness of adhesive sealing and membrane

does not change (800 mbar / 30 sec)

This ePTFE membrane has poor roll-off properties, enabling liquid to clog the membrane and reduce airflow.

The SR ePTFE membrane has excellent roll-off propertis. Liquid easily drains off the membrane, allowing continuous airflow.
