Pump working pressure is 1.6Mpa, and the pump body pump cover static pressure test is 2.4Mpa.

IS series single stage centrifugal pump are single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pumps, used for pumping liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water without solid particles. lS type pump medium temperature is suitable for below 80 ℃; lSR type pump is suitable for conveying hot water below 130 ℃; lSY type pump is suitable for conveying light oil such as gasoline and diesel.

 

Design & Features

 

IS series single stage centrifugal pump design is in accordance with international standards of ISO2858/5199, which means IS Series pumps are interchangeable with other similar pumps, conforming to the same standards. This ensures a robust, long lasting, high performing product consumers have come to depend on from Preeminence.

 

Impeller

 

Cast Iron/SS304/SS316 impeller-fitted as standard, in a closed design is fitted as standard to prevent corrosion in stationary or inactive situations. With 3-D solid model (CAD) Computer Aided Design and (CFD) Computational Fluid Dynamics ensures high efficiencies, reducing overall running costs. Impeller diameters can be trimmed to suit specified performance. IS impellers are dynamically balanced, providing smooth, vibration free operation, preventing premature bearing failure.

Back pull-out design - allowing for easy removal of rotating element without disturbing the pipework, lagging or pump volute casing. This is proven to reduce downtime whilst performing routine maintenance.
